To keep your tote and clutch and any Neo & Nessa products looking fabulous and fully functioning we advise the following…

·      Keep it away from heat, water, sand or any external factors that will cause it damage.

·      Be gentle! Don’t excessively stuff or tug on your tote or clutch bag, thereby putting inappropriate pressure on the handles, straps, zips, clasp and materials

·         For the main bag lining (not clutch) dampen a soft, clean cloth and leave the bag to dry naturally, not in direct sunlight which could cause the material to fade and would constitute as misuse

In the unfortunate event of your changing bag getting very wet, we suggest gently blotting the water with a soft, clean cloth and leaving it to dry naturally

Don’t under any circumstances put your Neo & Nessa baby changing bag in the washing machine or use any other cleaning process or professional cleaning services

 Please note that maltreatment of your bag by not looking after it appropriately will deem the bag un-returnable. Your one year warranty does not cover damage caused by such misuse, or any natural deterioration of the materials and fittings – please see our Returns Policy for more information.
